Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined )
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1/2 lemon
- 6 garlic cloves (sliced or minced )
- 1 tsp red crushed pepper (optional )
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh cilantro
Instruction
- Peel and devein the shrimp and dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the oil, garlic, and red crushed pepper to a large skillet and cook over medium heat. Cook the garlic for 2 minutes or until it turns golden.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 30 seconds on each side. Stir in the white wine and lemon juice. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the wine reduces by half. Season with salt and pepper, serve with fresh cilantro or parsley, and enjoy!
