Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup oil (canola or vegetable)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, egg and milk.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently combine. Don’t over mix the batter or the muffins will be chewy.
  • Line a muffin tin with 12 paper muffin cups, then fill them about 2/3 full with the batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
