Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2/3 cup vanilla cake mix powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 cups white chocolate (melted)
- sprinkles
- lollipop sticks
- parchment paper
- plastic gloves
Instruction
- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the cake mix powder, and powdered sugar and beat again.
- Scoop the ice cream into a large bowl.
- Scoop dollops of the cream cheese mixture into the ice cream and swirl together with a knife then quickly place back in the ice cream container and freeze until solid.
- Put on your gloves. Scoop out 1/3 cup sized balls of ice cream and quickly smoosh into balls with your hands.
- Stick in a lollipop stick.
- Place onto the parchment paper on a plate and immediately freeze while you quickly repeat with the remaining balls.
- Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
- Place the white chocolate into a measuring cup and sprinkles in another.
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer and quickly dip in the white chocolate and sprinkles then place back in the freezer.
- Allow to freeze for 3 hours then serve.
