Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup vanilla cake mix powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 cups white chocolate (melted)
  • sprinkles
  • lollipop sticks
  • parchment paper
  • plastic gloves

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the cake mix powder, and powdered sugar and beat again.
  • Scoop the ice cream into a large bowl.
  • Scoop dollops of the cream cheese mixture into the ice cream and swirl together with a knife then quickly place back in the ice cream container and freeze until solid.
  • Put on your gloves. Scoop out 1/3 cup sized balls of ice cream and quickly smoosh into balls with your hands.
  • Stick in a lollipop stick.
  • Place onto the parchment paper on a plate and immediately freeze while you quickly repeat with the remaining balls.
  • Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Place the white chocolate into a measuring cup and sprinkles in another.
  • Remove the ice cream from the freezer and quickly dip in the white chocolate and sprinkles then place back in the freezer.
  • Allow to freeze for 3 hours then serve.
