Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 lbs ground turkey
- 3 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 cup muffuletta style olive salad
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 SmartBuns Hamburger Buns (or other low carb hamburger buns)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- Mix 2 tsp of the Cajun seasoning into the ground turkey and shape into 4 burgers. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tsp Cajun seasoning over the burgers.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until they reach 160 degrees when checked with a meat thermometer.
