The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to your taste)
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I used a mixture of cheddar and jack)
  • 1 avocado (cut in chunks)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 3 drops Tapatio or your favorite pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small garlic clove (minced)
