The following ingredients have 7 Servings

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to your taste)
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 small garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I used a mixture of cheddar and jack)
- 1 avocado (cut in chunks)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 3 drops Tapatio or your favorite pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small garlic clove (minced)
