Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 14 ounce pork or chicken sausage (sliced)
- 2 medium sized zucchini (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped into chunks)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (chopped into chunks)
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
Instruction
- In a large bowl add the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, bell pepper and salt and pepper. Toss with olive oil and cajun seasoning.
- Thread the shrimp, sausage, zucchini and pepper onto each skewer.
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Grill each side for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp is opaque and veggies are tender.
