Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 14 ounce pork or chicken sausage (sliced)
  • 2 medium sized zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped into chunks)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (chopped into chunks)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning

Instruction

  • In a large bowl add the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, bell pepper and salt and pepper. Toss with olive oil and cajun seasoning.
  • Thread the shrimp, sausage, zucchini and pepper onto each skewer.
  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Grill each side for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp is opaque and veggies are tender.
