Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lbs kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 (15 oz) cans green beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flake
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Add potatoes to a gallon ziptop bag, followed by oil, seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, and red chili flake. Seal and shake to coat.
  • In a large skillet, add sausage and 1/4 cup water and cook until sausage has browned and most of the liquid is gone.
  • Remove sausage, allow to cool a bit, and add to ziptop bag.
  • Add butter to skillet. Once melted, add onions and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat and add to ziptop bag when cool enough.
  • Add green beans to ziptop bag, seal and shake to coat. Pour contents into prepared baking dish.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake until potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes. Enjoy!
