The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Creole mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun/Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely minced
  • 1 8-ounce can Pillsbury Original Crescent Roll dough
  • 12 ounce package Andouille sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces (See Tip 1)
  • 1 egg plus 1 Tablespoon water for egg wash
