Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 12 ounces of linguine pasta (cooked)
- 1 lb of raw shrimp (thawed and tails removed)
- 1/2 lb of andouille sausage (sliced)
- 1/2 white onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 cup of pasta water ((reserve liquid from pasta))
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of cajun seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Instruction
- In a container, add shrimp, sausage and seasonings. Mix well. In a skillet over medium to low heat, add olive oil and saute onion, next add seasoned shrimp and sausage and cook for about 5 minutes. Until shrimp is done. You may need to add more olive oil. Once cooked remove ingredients from skillet and set aside.
- Next add pasta water, cream cheese and cream to skillet. Bring to a simmer and add black pepper, smoked paprika, cajun seasoning and continue to stir.
- Next add in the cooked pasta and continue to stir until well combined. Toss in shrimp and sausage and onions until combined.
- You can top with parmesan cheese if you desire.
