Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 lbs broccoli florets ((32 oz))
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, (plus more for drizzling)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all spice ingredients (everything but the broccoli and olive oil) in a small bowl.
  • Toss broccoli florets in a large bowl with 2 tbsp olive oil. Evenly scatter spice mix over broccoli and toss to combine.
  • Brush olive oil generously on a large rimmed baking sheet. Add broccoli in a single layer to the sheet. Drizzle a little extra olive oil over top.
  • Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until broccoli is roasted to your liking.
