Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 2 lbs broccoli florets ((32 oz))
- 2 tbsp olive oil, (plus more for drizzling)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all spice ingredients (everything but the broccoli and olive oil) in a small bowl.
- Toss broccoli florets in a large bowl with 2 tbsp olive oil. Evenly scatter spice mix over broccoli and toss to combine.
- Brush olive oil generously on a large rimmed baking sheet. Add broccoli in a single layer to the sheet. Drizzle a little extra olive oil over top.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until broccoli is roasted to your liking.
