Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
  • 1 Tablespoon McCormick® Cajun Seasoning
  • 4 cups fresh romaine (chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Season each side of the chicken breast with Cajun Spice. Grill the chicken until cooked throughout and no longer pink. Chop and set aside.
  • Combine romaine, cherry tomates, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl. Add the chopped cajun chicken and toss.
