Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 8 Ounces Penne Pasta
- 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
- 3 Green Onions (Thinly Sliced)
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
- Croutons (To Serve If Desired)
Instruction
- Cook penne according to package directions. Rinse in cold water. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.
- Fold in dressing, and parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
- Just before serving, top with croutons if desired.
