Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 8 Ounces Penne Pasta
  • 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
  • 3 Green Onions (Thinly Sliced)
  • 1 Head Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
  • Croutons (To Serve If Desired)

Instruction

  • Cook penne according to package directions. Rinse in cold water. Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.
  • Fold in dressing, and parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
  • Just before serving, top with croutons if desired.
