Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 red shallot (diced)
- ¼ cup parmesan (shredded)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and dressing.
- Mix together until thoroughly combined.
- Add the chicken and mix in gently.
- Add the shallot and cheese, and mix until combined.
- Put in a storage container and cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve on your favorite bread and enjoy!
