Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 red shallot (diced)
  • ¼ cup parmesan (shredded)

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and dressing.
  • Mix together until thoroughly combined.
  • Add the chicken and mix in gently.
  • Add the shallot and cheese, and mix until combined.
  • Put in a storage container and cover.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve on your favorite bread and enjoy!
