Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 slices crispy cooked bacon
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 lb. kielbasa sausage sliced in 1/4 inch rounds
- 1 large sweet onion cut in half and then cut in thin crescents
- 1 red bell pepper julienned
- 1/2 head green cabbage cut in thin shreds
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Cook the bacon in the wok over medium heat rotating the slices from the center out. Place on paper towels to drain and set aside.
- Add 1 tablespoon canola oil to wok and heat on high. Add kielbasa and cook until lightly browned. Remove to plate. Add 1 tablespoon canola oil to wok and heat on high until just smoking. Add onion and red pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes stirring a couple of times. Remove to plate. Add 1 tablespoon of canola oil to wok over high heat. Add cabbage and cook additional 3-4 minutes stirring several times. Reduce heat, add garlic and cook for 1 additional minute. Return cooked kielbasa and sprinkle bacon over the top. Salt and pepper to taste.
