Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 cups waxy potatoes (cut in small wedges)
- 2 cups Celeriac (cut in small wedges)
- 2 cups carrots (cut into strips)
- 2 cups Rutabaga (cut in small wedges)
- 3 cups white Cabbage (cut into strips)
- 6 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup Sieved tomatoes
- 2 cups Sausage (e. g. Cabanossi, sliced)
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsps chopped Chives
Instruction
- Sauté the onion in hot oil until translucent. Add the vegetables, fry together briefly and pour over the stock. Stir in the sieved tomatoes and simmer on a moderate heat for around 20 minutes, adding the sausage around 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin, and serve sprinkled with chopped chives.
