Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. butter, (divided)
- 3 red yellow and/or orange bell peppers, (seeded and sliced, 3 cups)
- 1 red onion, (sliced, 1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, (thinly sliced)
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Instruction
- Melt olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook peppers, onion, garlic, basil, kosher salt and pepper until tender-crisp, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining 1 Tablespoon butter and serve.
