Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. butter, (divided)
  • 3 red yellow and/or orange bell peppers, (seeded and sliced, 3 cups)
  • 1 red onion, (sliced, 1 cup)
  • 2 cloves garlic, (thinly sliced)
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Instruction

  • Melt olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook peppers, onion, garlic, basil, kosher salt and pepper until tender-crisp, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in remaining 1 Tablespoon butter and serve.
