Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup white wine (OR chicken broth)
- 2 lbs. green beans, (trimmed)
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1/2 cup glazed pecans, (such as Emerald brand)
Instruction
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook red onion, garlic, marjoram, kosher salt and pepper until just beginning to soften, 2 minutes.
- Add wine and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in green beans and cook until tender crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Add butter and stir until butter is melted and green beans are evenly coated.
- Transfer to serving dish and top with glazed pecans.
