Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • optional: pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Heat heavy cream to a light simmer (I like to do it in my microwave for 2 - 3 minutes).
  • Add butterscotch chips and salt, whisk or blend until smooth. I like to use an electric hand blender or stick blender to make quick work of this.
  • Use immediately, or allow to set overnight for a thicker consistency.
