Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- optional: pinch of salt
Instruction
- Heat heavy cream to a light simmer (I like to do it in my microwave for 2 - 3 minutes).
- Add butterscotch chips and salt, whisk or blend until smooth. I like to use an electric hand blender or stick blender to make quick work of this.
- Use immediately, or allow to set overnight for a thicker consistency.
