Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream plus 2 Tablespoons (divided)
- 3.4 oz instant butterscotch pudding
- 3/4 cup butterscotch chips (roughly chopped and divided)
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- Garnish with chopped butterscotch chips and chip crumbles. You can also drizzle with butterscotch sauce (like you use for ice cream or make your own)
