- 1 1/2 cup chopped, cooked butternut squash cubes (about half of medium butternut squash)
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 4 cups water
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- Optional: parsley and parmesan for garnish
