Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb Squash
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 220 C/ 428 F.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup - set aside
  • To clean the butternut squash cut off the two ends at the top and bottom. Use a vegetable peeler and peel the squash.
  • Then, use a large chef's knife to split the squash in two. Remove the seed and cut each half in half, then, cut each half into four or five slices.
  • Place the slices in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and olive oil. And any additional seasoning like paprika, thyme, rosemary, etc.
  • Layer the slices on the prepared baking tray
  • Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve immediately
