Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb Squash
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 220 C/ 428 F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup - set aside
- To clean the butternut squash cut off the two ends at the top and bottom. Use a vegetable peeler and peel the squash.
- Then, use a large chef's knife to split the squash in two. Remove the seed and cut each half in half, then, cut each half into four or five slices.
- Place the slices in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and olive oil. And any additional seasoning like paprika, thyme, rosemary, etc.
- Layer the slices on the prepared baking tray
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve immediately
