Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 10oz package Green Giant Riced Veggies Butternut Squash
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- Salt to taste
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 15oz can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 3-4 Lime wedges
- Cilantro for garnish
Instruction
- Cook Green Giant Riced Veggies Butternut Squash as directed on package
- Add Butternut Squash to a large bowl and mix in Chili Powder, Cumin, and Salt. Taste and add more seasonings to your liking if needed.
- Divide Butternut Squash evenly among bowls
- Add Black Beans, Tomatoes, Avocado, drizzle with Lime Juice and add Cilantro for garnish
- Enjoy!
