Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 10oz package Green Giant Riced Veggies Butternut Squash
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 15oz can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 3-4 Lime wedges
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instruction

  • Cook Green Giant Riced Veggies Butternut Squash as directed on package
  • Add Butternut Squash to a large bowl and mix in Chili Powder, Cumin, and Salt. Taste and add more seasonings to your liking if needed.
  • Divide Butternut Squash evenly among bowls
  • Add Black Beans, Tomatoes, Avocado, drizzle with Lime Juice and add Cilantro for garnish
  • Enjoy!
