Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Nutella® Hazelnut Spread

Instruction

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, oil, and vanilla.
  • Add in sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  • Divide batter evenly among 12 paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Serve cooled muffins with a swirl of Nutella® hazelnut spread.
