Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Nutella® Hazelnut Spread
Instruction
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, oil, and vanilla.
- Add in sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly among 12 paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Serve cooled muffins with a swirl of Nutella® hazelnut spread.
