Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 sheets Leaf Gelatin
  • 1 tbsp Butterfly Pea Flowers (dried)

Instruction

  • In a pot add the water and bring up to barely a simmer. Add the butterfly pea flowers and sugar, stir until the sugar is melted, then let steep for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl add some cold water and the leaf gelatin. Let soften while the pot simmers.
  • Strain out the flowers from the pot, add the leaf gelatin, and stir to combine. Pour jello into molds (optional) and place in the fridge for at least two hours.
