Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar or xylitol
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or almond milk, Greek yogurt or coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
- 4 oz package cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¼ to 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ to 2 cups powdered sugar (start with least amount and add more if needed)
- 5-10 Mini Butterfinger Bars (or a large Butterfinger bar, add as much or as little as you want!)
- Pinch of Salt, optional
