Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar or xylitol
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (or almond milk, Greek yogurt or coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • 4 oz package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¼ to 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ to 2 cups powdered sugar (start with least amount and add more if needed)
  • 5-10 Mini Butterfinger Bars (or a large Butterfinger bar, add as much or as little as you want!)
  • Pinch of Salt, optional
