Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. peanut butter (creamy (crunchy will work though))
- 2 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 C. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 C. mini chocolate chips
- 8-10 mini Butterfingers (roughly chopped)
Instruction
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- 2. In a microwave proof bowl. melt butter and peanut butter together. Stir until smooth and then set in the fridge (or freezer for a shorter period of time) to let cool.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt together.
- 4. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat your peanut butter/butter with brown sugar and sugar for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add in the egg and egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- 6. On slow, blend in the flour/baking soda/salt. Don't over mix.
- 7. Stir in chocolate chips and Butterfingers .
- 8. Form dough balls about the size of a golf ball and bake for 9-11 minutes. Careful not to over bake!
