Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15 ½ oz. can of butterbeans
  • 1 cup of fresh Italian parsley – loosely fit – then stems removed and chopped
  • 6 – 8 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3 – 4 tbs. olive oil

Instruction

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Place in a serving dish and drizzle with little more olive oil and serve with fresh ground black pepper.
