Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15 ½ oz. can of butterbeans
- 1 cup of fresh Italian parsley – loosely fit – then stems removed and chopped
- 6 – 8 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 – 4 tbs. olive oil
Instruction
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Place in a serving dish and drizzle with little more olive oil and serve with fresh ground black pepper.
