The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 4 tsp granulated sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 425F.
- Melt a stick of butter in the pan for 4-5 mins, but be careful not to let it brown.
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Pour in the buttermilk, and mix with a wooden spoon until thoroughly combined.
- Remove your buttered pan from the oven and carefully pour the mixed batter on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
