The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 kg Shrimp (or prawns, peeled)
- 2 cups Yogurt (plain)
- 1/4 cup Ginger (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp Coriander (ground)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 3 tbsp Ghee (can use butter or olive oil if no ghee)
- 1 Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (finely ground)
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 4 large Tomatoes (blanched, peeled, chopped)
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Fenugreek (powder)
- 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
- Salt (to taste)
- Chili Powder (to taste)
