Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 kg Shrimp (or prawns, peeled)
  • 2 cups Yogurt (plain)
  • 1/4 cup Ginger (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander (ground)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Ghee (can use butter or olive oil if no ghee)
  • 1 Red Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (finely ground)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 4 large Tomatoes (blanched, peeled, chopped)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Fenugreek (powder)
  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Chili Powder (to taste)
