  • 8 ounces Unsalted butter (2 sticks, melted and browned)
  • 1 cup Dark brown sugar (packed )
  • 1/2 cup Granulated white sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs (Large at room temperature)
  • 1 Egg yolk (at room temperature)
  • 16 Pecan halves (Optional for the top. )
