Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 yellow peaches
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate balsamic vinegar (aged)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp wild honey
  • 2 leaves sprigs basil (only)
  • sea salt to taste

Instruction

  • Pat dry the burrata cheese and gently tear it with your hands. Set it on a serving platter.
  • Slice or dice the yellow peaches and place them around the burrata cheese.
  • Sprinkle the entire dish with the pomegranate seeds.
  • Whisk together the honey, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with a pinch of sea salt and adjust seasonings to your taste with more lemon juice or honey.
  • Drizzle the burrata peach salad with the lemon honey dressing and pomegranate balsamic vinegar.
  • Garnish with the fresh basil leaves and enjoy !
