- 750 ml Burgundy Wine (any full-bodied red wine can be subbed)

- 4 whole Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 4 whole Beef Bouillon Cubes
- 1 tsp Dill Seed
- 3 cloves Garlic, peeled
