- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 4 ears sweet corn (shucked)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus some for corn and pepper)
- 1 cup canned baked beans
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
