Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 11 ounce bag white chocolate chips
- 8 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1 cup pretzel sticks (broken in half)
- 11 ounce bag M&Ms candies
- ¼ cup sweetened (shredded coconut)
- Easter sprinkles
Instruction
- In a heat-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds on 50% power. Stir and repeat until the chips are completely melted.
- In a large bowl add the Chex, pretzel sticks, and M&Ms. Pour the melted white chocolate over the top of the Chex mixture and carefully stir everything until coated.
- Spread the mixture out over a long strip of parchment paper and add sprinkle with shredded coconut and sprinkles. Let it cool and harden for about 1 hour. Break apart and store in an air-tight container up to 5 days {but I promise it won't last that long}.
