Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 loaf French bread (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 c onion (finely chopped)
- 1 c celery (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup chicken broth (use vegetable broth if making vegetarian)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat bundt pan with non-stick baking spray.
- Bake bread cubes in oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Set aside.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter..
- Add celery and onion, cooking until tender for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and dump into a large bowl.
- Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper if desired.
- Add the bread cubes, eggs and stock and stir well. Pack the stuffing into the pan evenly all around. Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned as seen. Enjoy
