Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 loaf French bread (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 c onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 c celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (use vegetable broth if making vegetarian)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat bundt pan with non-stick baking spray.
  • Bake bread cubes in oven for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Set aside. 
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter..
  • Add celery and onion, cooking until tender for about 5 minutes. 
  • Remove from heat and dump into a large bowl. 
  • Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper if desired. 
  • Add the bread cubes, eggs and stock and stir well. Pack the stuffing into the pan evenly all around. Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned as seen. Enjoy
