Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 5 scallions, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 12 mini burger/slider buns
- 14 oz kimchi
Instruction
- Add all ingredients except beef, buns and kimchi to a small bowl and combine to form a paste. Mix the paste with the ground beef to season it. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate beef 1-2 days to allow flavors to meld.
- Form the meat into 14 evenly sized, thin burger patties and grill 5-7 minutes per side to medium well (or longer if you prefer).
- Serve patties on the burger buns, and top with kimchi.
