Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 4 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 24 chicken wings
Instruction
- Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Check to see the max # of wings you can make at one time in your deep fryer. Our is around 30 so 24 is safe but yours may vary.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pyrex dish or bowl in the microwave (about 30 seconds).
- Add 4 tablespoons of Frank's Red Hot sauce to the butter and stir well. Set aside.
- Place 24 chicken wings in the deep fryer and cook for 10-13 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them), stir them once or twice to prevent sticking.
- Once they are done to your liking, drain them on paper towels and place into a bowl. Pour the hot sauce / butter mixture on top and toss the wings until covered completely.
- Serve.
- Do NOT eat right away. Let them sit for 1-2 minutes before chowing down. This lets the mixture soak in and "set" and you'll appreciate that the wings soak up a lot of the mixture and are less messy after 1-2 minutes of resting.
