The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups Snyder's of Hanover Buffalo Pretzel Pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
- kosher salt, pepper
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
Instruction
- Put the buffalo pretzel pieces in a food processor for at least 1 minute, until the pretzel pieces look like bread crumbs. Pour into a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips or pieces. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg, then into the buffalo pretzel crumbs. Press the crumbs slightly into the chicken.
- Place the pretzel crusted chicken on a wire baking rack over a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
- Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20-22 minutes.
- Combine the ranch dressing and buffalo sauce in a bowl and stir until evenly mixed. Serve the chicken with the dipping sauce.
