Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 eggs + 1 tablespoon water (whisked)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (I used Frank's)
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with a silicone mat. Place butter in one bowl, eggs and water in another bowl, breadcrumbs in a third bowl, and flour in a fourth bowl.
  • Dip mushrooms in the melted butter, then roll in flour. Dip flour-coated mushrooms in the egg mixture to coat, then roll in the breadcrumbs and place in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden on the outside.
  • Remove from oven, use a fork to dip mushrooms in buffalo sauce, then return to pan. Cook 4-5 minutes longer.
  • Fill mushrooms with blue cheese dressing, top with blue cheese crumbles and parsley, and serve.
