Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts or tenders
  • 1 cup Frank's hot sauce or wing sauce
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instruction

  • Whisk together hot sauce, lime juice, garlic, oil, and salt. Pour over chicken and marinate a few hours to overnight.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and sauté in the skillet or grill until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
