Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts or tenders
- 1 cup Frank's hot sauce or wing sauce
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
Instruction
- Whisk together hot sauce, lime juice, garlic, oil, and salt. Pour over chicken and marinate a few hours to overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade and sauté in the skillet or grill until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
