Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz sour cream (or light sour cream)
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 28 oz bag frozen tater tots (I used Ore Ira Seasoned Tater Tots)
  • Optional: green onions, additional buffalo sauce, ranch dressing

Instruction

  • Combine sour cream, dry ranch packet, and buffalo sauce in a large bowl, stir to mix evenly. Stir in chicken and cheese. Then carefully fold in the frozen tater tots until evenly coated. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve topped with green onions, ranch dressing and/or extra buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
