Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 2 c. Shredded Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Scallion, (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, (chopped)
  • 2 tsp. Hot Sauce
  • 1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 c. Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • (optional) Cooking Spray

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F; then line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • Add the chicken, scallion, parsley, hot sauce, Mozzarella cheese and Blue Cheese dressing into a small bowl and mix until blended. 
  • Open the refrigerated pizza dough and place on a clean surface. Stretch the dough and roll it so that it's even in thickness; then top with the chicken mixture and spread evenly on top of the dough. Roll the dough towards you to create a log, place on the baking sheet and pinch the ends shut. Drizzle some EVOO on top of the dough and place in the oven.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the dough has puffed up and turned brown. Remove from the oven and cut into 16 slices. Serve hot with extra Blue Cheese Dressing (optional).
