Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
  • 12 shakes hot sauce or to taste
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery and carrots
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread (or 4 rolls)

Instruction

  • Mix together first 5 ingredients (chicken, hot sauce, veggies, cheese and mayo). Divide onto bread. Top each with a tomato slice and the other piece of bread.
