Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
- 12 shakes hot sauce or to taste
- 1 cup finely chopped celery and carrots
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 8 slices whole wheat bread (or 4 rolls)
Instruction
- Mix together first 5 ingredients (chicken, hot sauce, veggies, cheese and mayo). Divide onto bread. Top each with a tomato slice and the other piece of bread.
