The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 bunches romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 red onion sliced, thin
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 cups slow cooked buffalo chicken, shredded
- ranch dressing for serving
- 1 lime sliced into quarters
Instruction
- Remove the left over slow cooker buffalo chicken salad from the refrigerator, while you prepare the vegetables.
- In a large serving bowl, add a 2 bunches of chopped romaine lettuce.
- Top with strips of red peppers, shredded carrots, thinly sliced red onions.
- Then, pile on the slow cooked buffalo chicken and crumbled blue cheese.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
