The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 bunches romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 red onion sliced, thin
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 cups slow cooked buffalo chicken, shredded
  • ranch dressing for serving
  • 1 lime sliced into quarters

Instruction

  • Remove the left over slow cooker buffalo chicken salad from the refrigerator, while you prepare the vegetables.
  • In a large serving bowl, add a 2 bunches of chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Top with strips of red peppers, shredded carrots, thinly sliced red onions.
  • Then, pile on the slow cooked buffalo chicken and crumbled blue cheese.
  • Serve with ranch dressing.
