Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 pound pizza dough (half batch of homemade dough)
- 2 cups shredded or chopped chicken (rotisserie is perfect)
- 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce (I used Franks)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- .33 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 stalk celery (cut into thin strips)
- ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instruction
- Place pizza stone in the upper third of the oven, and preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Remove pizza dough from the refrigerator and set on the counter to come up to room temperature.
- Place pizza dough on a sheet of parchment paper and press into a 12-inch circle.
- Mix the sauce and shredded chicken together in a small bowl. Spread the chicken mixture out on top of the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza. Carefully slide a pizza peel under the parchment paper, then slide onto the preheated baking stone. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and starting to brown.
- For fun, I decided to cut the celery into thin strips and sprinkle them across the top of the baked pizza.
- Garnish with crumbled blue cheese and chopped parsley. Cut into 8 slices and serve with Homemade Ranch Dressing on the side.
