  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, diced into 1/2" cubes
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • sprinkle of cornmeal
  • blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
