Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ⅓ cup Buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 3 burrito sized tortillas
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chicken, shredded cheese, and buffalo sauce. Fold in the crumbled blue cheese and chives.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly onto the tortilla, making sure to cover as much as possible.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla into itself, making sure to roll as tightly as possible. Repeat for all tortillas.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1 inch circles.
- Top with additional blue cheese and chives and enjoy!
