Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 8 ounce block cream cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. shredded
- 1/3 cup roasted red peppers (diced (from jar))
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- *extra red pepper (green onions and parsley for garnish (optional))
Instruction
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place cream cheese in oven-proof skillet and stir until smooth. Mix in ranch dressing, wing sauce, cheese and red peppers. Stir in chicken.
- Bake 15 - 20 minutes, until dip is heated thru and cheese is melted.
- Turn oven to broil; place under broiler 2 - 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with peppers, green onions and parsley (optional). Serve hot.
