Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head cauliflower ((large) cut into large pieces)
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
Instruction
- Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot® and place the steam rack inside.
- Place the cauliflower in a 7-cup glass bowl and add the buffalo hot sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Place the bowl on top of the steam rack. Secure the lid.
- Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust the time to 2 minutes.
- When the timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
- Transfer to a plate and serve with toothpicks.
