The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup franks hot sauce

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper and grease Cut the cauliflower into bite size florets. In a small bowl mix the milk, flour, and garlic together to make a batter. Dip the florets into the batter and shake off the excess batter. Place them on a sheet pan in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Melt the butter and mix in the hot sauce in a medium bowl. Toss the cauliflower with the sauce and enjoy.
